Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mark has been working in the Houston theatre and entertainment community since he moved there thirty years ago. Then working in the oil industry, Mark began his career in anime voice acting. Mark is also very involved in theatre. His first notable role after moving to Houston was Chuck in Theater LaB’s Avenue X, where he met his wife of eighteen years, Julia. He is very proud of his most recent production with her Tenderly, a two-person show about the life of Rosemary Clooney. Mark’s other stage work has been with Theatre Under The Stars’ Hands on a Hardbody and with Mystic Cat Society in Covidious and soon The Gator Conspiracy, both original musicals performed at MATCH. In 2004, Mark was cast in a 10-month national tour appearing as Ike in the Broadway production of OKLAHOMA!  Mark also fills his time designing, building sets and furniture, cooking, and gardening.
